Delete your TrainStead account
You can permanently delete your TrainStead account and associated data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
Open TrainStead, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
By email
Email privacy@trainstead.com from your account email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We’ll process it within 45 days, usually much sooner.
What’s deleted
Your account and personal data — name, email, profile, fitness and health data (goals, training history, injury/medical notes, body measurements, nutrition and cardio logs), progress photos, in-app messages, and client records you created.
What’s retained
Payment and transaction records are kept by our payment processor (Stripe) for approximately 7 years to meet legal, tax, and financial obligations. Anonymized aggregate analytics with no personal identifiers may be retained.
