Is it really unlimited clients on every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited clients. You pay per trainer seat, never per client or athlete. Add your 30th client or your 300th, your price does not move.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No long-term contract. Pay month to month and cancel anytime, or choose annual billing to get two months free. Seat changes are prorated automatically.
Can I switch from my current software?
Yes, and we will help you move your data over for free. Tell us what you are coming from and we will handle the migration so you are not starting from scratch.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your clients can use TrainStead in any web browser, or on the companion mobile app if they prefer. Nothing complicated to set up.
How much does it cost as I add trainers?
Solo is $39.99/mo for one trainer. Studio is $99.99/mo and includes 3 trainer seats, then $17.99 per additional trainer. Pro is $159.99/mo and includes 3 trainer seats, then $17.99 per additional trainer. Clients are always unlimited, and founding studios get 25% off for their first 12 months.
Is my studio's data secure?
Your data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, and payments are processed by Stripe, so we never store card numbers. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
